1. Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return or exchange under the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging
  • The return request must be made within 3 days of receiving the product
  • Proof of purchase (e.g., order confirmation or receipt) must be provided
  • The item must not be part of our non-returnable product list (see Section 5)

2. How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Email us at westernzons@gmail.com with the subject “Return Request – [Order Number]”
  2. Include:
    • Full name
    • Contact number
    • Order number
    • Reason for return
    • Photo evidence if the item is defective or incorrect

Once approved, we will provide you with instructions for returning the item.

3. Return Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to our error (wrong item, defective product), we will cover the return shipping cost.
  • If the return is due to a change of mind or customer error, the customer is responsible for shipping the item back at their own expense.

4. Refund Processing

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you via email.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method (e.g., bKash, Nagad, credit/debit card, etc.)
  • We do not refund original shipping charges unless the return is due to our error.

5. Non-Returnable Items

Due to hygiene and safety concerns, the following items are non-refundable and non-returnable:

  • Earrings or other intimate jewellery
  • Final sale or clearance items
  • Items damaged due to misuse or negligence
  • Gift cards or promotional vouchers

6. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or the wrong product was sent. If you need to exchange it for the same item, email us at westernzons@gmail.com.

7. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or you received the wrong product:

  • Notify us within 24 hours of delivery
  • Include clear photographs of the item and packaging
  • We will arrange a replacement or issue a full refund, as per your preference

8. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund within the stated period:

  1. Recheck your bank or mobile wallet
  2. Contact your payment provider—it may take time before the refund is officially posted
  3. If you’ve done all this and still have not received your refund, contact us at westernzons@gmail.com
